So as I understand it, the Gen 4 grip geometry led to changes in the trigger housing that add about a pound from thr Gen 3 connector. For example a stock nominal 5.5lb Gen 3 connector in a Gen 4 would be closer to a 6.5 pound connector in the Gen 4. Consequently they came out with the dot connector to get back closer to 5.5lb in a Gen 4. My understand is that dot connector in a Gen 3 gets closer to 4.5lbs.
My question then is: would a dot connector in a Gen 3 and a "-" 3.5lb connector in a Gen 4 produce similar trigger pulls around the 4.5lb neighborhood?
