Glock conversion barrels

I have a G30 that I would like to get a 45 to 10mm conversion barrel for. Glockmeister has KKM conversion barrels so I have a couple questions that maybe someone can answer.

Have you used this barrel? How did it work?
Did you get a stronger recoil spring like a 22# Wolf?
KKM says no extractor adjustments are necessary, Is this your experience?

I did the 21SF to 10mm KKM barrel. No extractor change, no recoil spring change, works fine.

Sorry if this is a stupid question....do you need to change magazines, or will the 10mm ammo work in a standard G30 .45 ACP magazine?
