Its true. I was looking at a Used Glock 19 for $369 and the dealer must have noticed by haircut and clean shave and said "Are you military?" I told him I was and showed my ID and he then handed me a NEW in the box with 2 mags, case and cleaning brush and said its Actually $25 less then the used one with the discount. I then put night sights on it for about $75.

here's how it works...It's not just for L.E./Military...And all of the Glocks are not the same price...
Here is a complete list of those who are qualified for the Glock LEO/Military discount...Got this from Glock back in May 2010

" Sworn Law Enforcement Officers or Federal Agents, Retired Law Enforcement Officers or Retired Federal Agents with "retired" credentials, Corrections Officers, including Parole & Probation Officers, State licensed Security Companies, State licensed Security Officers, Active Military, National Guard, or Military Reserve personnel - all branches, Legitimately retired military veterans, with “retired” military I.D. Licensed Para- Medics or EMTs, Fire Fighters (including volunteers) with appropriate I.D. All TSA employees, Commercial Pilot License holders, regardless of class & Federal Flight Deck Officers, Court Judges, District Attorneys and Deputy District Attorneys, LE Academy or College students with proof of enrollment in a Criminal Justice Program."

The price for the fixed site G19 is $398.20 w/3 mags. Adj site model is $420.20, Glock nite site model is $455.40, and Trijicon NS model is $477.40
Like I stated above, this info was good as of May 2010
