Glock Rear Sight

Yesterday at the range I figured out that the rear sight on my Glock 17 is out. I have the fixed rear sight. My question is should I just adjust my sight or is it worth changing it for an adjustable sight?

I prefer fixed sights. You can drift the sights for windage adjustments. That's my preference.
