i tend to shoot a Glock better with less finger, but i don't like to, it just feels "wrong". hopefully, YOU, using more finger will help. i'm sure it is a trigger control issue, that's why both your Glocks did it and neither of your Sigs do.
here's something to discourage you: i've been shooting since i was a pup, ONE TIME i found ONE gun i could NOT shoot accurately. it was a Glock. stubborn bastard that i am, i bought one because i was determined to learn to use it as well as all the other handguns i had used. after SEVERAL years of carrying one on/off duty and shooting it ALL the time, i finally accepted defeat and shelved it. some people will just NEVER adjust to the horrible stacking trigger of a Glock.
so, while i hope using more finger solves your problem, my REAL ADVISE - go back to your Sigs. that's what i currently carry and life is good again.
