Read something in the paper this morning.

Seems here in Florida, Doctors are now again allowed to ask patients about guns and gun safety,

What this has to do with my cholesterol or blood sugar I have no idea.??

I kinda hope one of mine asks me. I have a few choice replies.

I actually volunteered the information to my optometrist (because we were talking about wearing sunglasses any time outside), based on things he said then and at my most recent visit I strongly suspect he also shoots. :)

I haven't run into this in Wyoming or Montana, but would ask them what their education in firearms might be, such as in medical school, or are they a certified instructor or coach? Then ask how the questions they have posed fit within their "scope of practice".

Any reply other than "No sir", is another way of saying 'yes'. They'll check the 'yes' box and whatever clever reply you gave them won't matter.

And this is being discussed elsewhere already.
