It's more accurate to say "incapable of doing their taxes" as opposed to say "help with" their taxes. That's what the fiduciary claim is for. For many folks, it's because of mental problems, but not all, and not all of those problems should disqualify ownership or purchase rights (ie severe dyslexia or short term memory issues)
