Going to stop posting videos to the board

The value your videos have to this forum and to me are incalculable. Please check the "school me" thread where a newbie just bought a 60 colt and a starter kit and didn't have a clue. I started to explain and then slapped forehead and suggested that he look you up in youtube. Your videos would do so much better than I could ever do.
I know that other forums in the HighRoad are more critical than we are we are mainly appreciative. If you can be selective please consider continuing on our forum and quit the troublesome ones

Mike, I've clicked a link from one of your posts to watch a 7 minute video and ended up spending an hour or more watching your vids. This morning, I opened up my laptop and the screen lit up on one of your 1860 vids that I'd paused in order to have supper. Watched the rest of it while the coffe brewed.
This was one of the links that were posted on the "School Me" thread; and the best way to teach the thread originator about loading his new Colt. Your video "classes" around here are legendary. BTW, after watching that vid; I'm really thinking that, while the Remingtons are GREAT revolvers, I really need to try on a Colt long-term!

BTW.... That hour + plus spent looking at your vids? They weren't all BP vids, and you changed my mind a little about the KAHR. Still not sure I like it, but I can appreciate some of the aspects of the weapon.

I think the problem here, gents, is that we're not giving Mike enough positive feedback! I'm very guilty of that myself..... I start to comment, but then I get all distracted by screenshots from his other vids and forget all about it.

While I'm on my soapbox, have to say the same thing goes for brushippie's vids. Both of these guys, while their "styles" are different, put out some very entertaining and informative vids. To quote Bill Cosby in his introduction to the old Saturday morning "Fat Albert" cartoons; "And if you're not careful, you might just learn something"

Also Mike while I am subscribed to your channel. Most of the time the only way I find out you have posted a new video is from the links here as YouTube doesn't send the notices with any reliability. So please keep posting the links.

Okay, I've taken another step into the 21st century. I now have a Youtube account and I've subscribed to Duelist's channel......That's a stretch for my old brain. Now I'm covered if you decide to pull the pin on us. What can I say? I enjoy your videos.

Please, please keep posting the videos they are so instructive and informative. I shoot with black powder on the range and also belong to a western re-enactment group doing living history displays. The knowledge and information you pass on is invaluable
