Good auto or O/U for skeet

IMO Beretta knows how to make a gun that balances and swings well.

In the modern world, the 391 isn't even all that expensive. (Ugh)

But that "Wal-Mart 390" also handles well, and can be had new for between $550 and $600, if you can find one.
 
I really enjoy my Winchester SX1. It is very well made and reliable. I would recommend it to anyone.
 
Start out with a good auto. For the money you mentioned a remmington would work very well
 
I owned a stoeger o/u and it was fantastic for the price, I ended up selling it last year to buy a good hunting rifle and have regreted it ever since. I bought it to get into skeet shooting as well. I am by no means an expert, but I would recommend a stoeger to anyne interested in an inexpensive o/u. I think they are great, and I am considering getting another one.
