PETITION TO BAN ALL GUNS IN THE UNITED STATES
We, the people, are tired of having our schools invaded by psychotic youngsters. We, the people, are tired of being robbed of our political leaders by some psychotic with a gun or a rifle. We, the people, are tired of passing through metal detectors on our way to our courts and our governmental buildings. We, the people, are tired of being victimized by gun carrying criminals.

While there are many long term solutions that would decrease the number of outlaw gun operators, there will always be an unacceptable number of non-compliant gun operators in a country with a population of 250 million people. We, the people, are faced with only two choices. One is to place guards, metal detectors, and other devices designed to invade the personal liberties of the citizens at every single place where the public gathers. The other alternative is to eliminate all guns and firearms from the United States of America. Given that we must choose from one of these two choices, we, the people, choose to eliminate all privately held guns and firearms from the United States of America.

We, the people, therefore call upon you, our elected representatives, to enact legislation to remove all guns and firearms from private ownership. We, the people, call upon you, our elected representatives, to enact laws to:


Create a one year period for the United States of America to purchase at fair market value all guns and firearms, including hand guns, rifles, and even antique guns and rifles from domestic private ownership.

Prohibit and criminalize the domestic sale of guns and firearms, whether new or used.

Seize and destroy any gun or firearm found after the termination of the purchase period without compensation.

Prohibit and criminalize the domestic possession of a gun or firearm after the termination of the one year purchase period.

Provide exemptions for governmental law enforcement agencies, the armed services, and bona fide museums.
 
We, the bleating, souless, gutless sheep of America, call on the state to imprison all those who exercise their constitutional right to keep and bear arms, regardless of whether or not they are an actual threat to anybody. We call on the (armed) police to kill all those gun owners who resist. We forever surrender our most basic freedoms to the state in the name of peace and security. We renounce our heritage, and we condemn our law-abiding neighbors as criminals merely for posessing something that we disapprove of.

Yeah, with National Debt approaching 5% of GDP, they are going to pay Fair Market Value for guns that cost more than some cars. Yeh, Right. :rolleyes:

It seems to me that he has to have a bad case of cognitive dissonance with these, IMHO, obviously conflicting views. :confused::confused:
 
Fired off the following email to this possibly dangerous idiot:

Oh, and maybe we'll have to increase it more to deal with all the criminals who continue committing crimes, but more often and usually in a far more harmful manner, because they know that the law-abiding population is disarmed, so they can't be deterred by the possibility of death. Okay, fine, what we really want to see is a Democrat-controlled police state. That's the first step to a communist Worker's Paradise, isn't it? Oh, and countries that don't like us may start invading us, no longer fearing the populace fighting back until the military can mobilize. That's okay. Anybody against the US is fine with us.

We, the leftist elite, call upon the US government and our elected representatives to enact legislation to remove all guns and firearms from private ownership. We, the terrorists, call upon you, our elected representatives, to enact laws to:

1. Set up a gun buyback program so that you can get for one or two dollars what somebody paid several hundred or even several thousand dollars for. After all, those horrible gun-nuts have to comply, unless they want us busting down their door and, er, well, why, of course we weren't thinking of copying the purges. Why do you ask?

2. Make sure nobody can sell their guns to someone else for more money before we can get our hands on it.

3. Seize and melt down millions of historical relics and family heirlooms.

4. Just kind of, you know, take all the copies of the Constitution and cross through the second amendment. Oh, and anybody with a firearm shall be whisked away to the woods and executed without trial. M'kay?

5. Let the government and police have guns, so they can completely destroy our current way of government and replace it with a dictatorial regime without resistance from our now helpless populace.

Oh, and don't worry, those nasty, icky gun owners certainly would never put up a fight."*

How about the following declaration?

We, the people, are tired of having our Constitutional rights removed because of the actions of a few lunatics. We, the people, are tired of those who believe that a woman who has been raped and murdered is a hero, and a woman who defended her life and dignity is a vile witch. We, the people, are tired of those who seek to kill us by removing our right to keep criminals from killing us, and to kill our country by removing anything that would stop the government from total dictatorial opression. We, the people, are tired of being victimized by the Hollywood elite.

The only solution to the crime problem is to enforce what laws we have while increasing people's rights to carry concealed firearms and removing other restrictions on our rights. To allow criminals to run rampant by refusing the populace the right to prevent crimes against themselves and others is murder by proxy, robbery by proxy, rape by proxy. It is intolerable and criminal.

We, the people, therefore call upon you, our elected representatives, to enact the following legislation:
  1. Enact a national concealed carry program, with recipricocity between every state
  2. Remove the 1994 assault weapons ban, the 1989 import ban, the 1986 FOPA, and the 1964 Gun Control Act.
  3. Replace the National Firearms Act with a law requiring a NICS check and a five-dollar tax on all items.
  4. Make the further enactment of restrictions on gun rights illegal.
  5. use the Civilian Marksmanship Program to provide training to anybody who can legally possess a firearm and who desires such training, for a small fee.

I will gladly surrender all my guns if it will make the Utopian society that they seek, right after everybody else does. Of course my idea of Utopia is an unlimited ammo supply and a private 1000yard range.

These anti gun morons seem to forget that SOME people that own guns might actually use them if someone or something trys to take them away.

I mean, just HOW do they plan to go about executing their plan ?

Dang sure it wont be any of them taking the guns. They'll have to have some one else do the dirty deed for them.

I figure after awhile, filling the job of "gungrabber" might be a pretty hard thing to do after the first generation gets mowed down.
