If I remember right these dispensers do not have a great reputation for speed and accuracy. They need a straw in the mouth of the dispenser to help(?). But for $200 bucks might be worth it.
I have a Harrel's and an RCBS powder dispenser. Not at all fast but I like the repeatability... I saw one that was dead nuts on for $ 5000 or so............
Mine is very accurate, tested against a beam scale; certainly within 1/10 of a grain. It isn't fast, though. You can reprogram it to speed it up a bit, but it's still not fast.
My Lite is not very fast (good luck finding an electronic dispenser that is) but it is accurate. The straw trick is for the 1500 Chargemaster not the Lite.

That's been my experience too. It trickles the last couple grains at glacier speed, but I think that allows the load cell to catch up and therefore be very accurate. There's no such thing as a free lunch.
