congrats on the new m&p i love thier pointability and thier ergos. as for a .22 conversion kit i haven't seen one and it will probally be a while as the other poster has stated.

yeah it does point nice for me AFTER i got used to the angle of the grip.
I noticed i have to cock my wrist with all my revolvers, so this is different but feels better now that im used to it.
I wish they would come out with one soon, what would be a good practice pistol with it, maybe ruger's 22/45?
