Got my 1st Revolver

I just picked up a used taurus 431 from a good friend for 150. Everything looks great on it and I'm excited to shoot it just having a hard time finding 44 spl ammo in town. Is there anything I should look out for on this model?

What a great price! When you do buy some ammo, save all your brass, so when you get into reloading, you'll have it.

Great deal on a great gun. .44 Spl is a hoot. Congrats.

Factory-built .44 Special ammo is darn hard to find, and way overpriced.

By the time you buy four or five boxes, you'll have more money invested in ammo than you have in the gun.

Yeah I didnt buy a box of winchester silver tip I paid 25 dollars for them and they are only 2 dollars cheaper online. Instead of buying another box of ammo I think I will buy a lee reloader it is only around 30 buck on midway. Is that something good to start out with?

Something like this Lee kit or the Turret press kit is a good investment. For 4 boxes of shells, you're reloading.
