Got my new XD today

i am looking at getting the same gun. is that a 9mm. i think i want the 9mm sub compact in the very near future. after you shoot it, post up how it handles and how your groups are. also tell me how the recoil is compared to other guns you have shot. i currently have 2 1911's by kimber .45 and i wanna know how the recoil feels with the 9mm sub compared to my kimber .45. soon i will get my hands on an xd and see for myself but until then i'll have to rely on other's experiences. i also want the 9mm 5inch xd. thanks. oh and also, tell me how the molded holster feels on the hip with the gun and does it easily slide in and out. it is snug or will the gun fall out if you jump up and down. thanks.

congrats on the xd, i have a .40 xd and it is a great shooter, i like it alot, it is quick on target from the draw and hits where i aim!

Nice, I got one about a week and a half ago and I love it. I have the 9 and it is the best pistol I have ever shot.

Congrats on the purchase! I have an XD 9 Service and am very pleased with it, I don't think you'll be disappointed
Congratlations, you'll love your XD. My husband has the 5" tactical XD-45, I have the 4" compact XD-45 and today I bought the sub-compact XD-40. The sub-compact is going to be a great carry gun. It shoots very accurately and the recoil is not much different from the 45. We've put 1000's of rounds thru our 45's - 100% reliable. Have fun!

Awesome gun from my experience after borrowing a few at the range. I absolutely love it. I think it will be one of my next pistols. It is down to the XD or the CZ SP01 for my next purchase.
