One of the many humorous benefits of working in Balti-mo county, we have calibers that are sold nowhere else, in addition to 9 mo-mo we have dub-deuce, glok foty, and even a box of double-O-ka-shuk-shuk (these are 100% real names bestowed upon 9mm, 22LR, 40s&w and 12ga OObuck by some of our local sporting goods counter folk)

My cousin manages the sporting goods dept in my local Walmart.
Things get marked down...and if he thinks I want them, off to the back room they go to wait for the next markdown. I get fishing tackle and ammo all the time. The last deal I got...final markdown...$9.98 each for 4 boxes of .45acp 250 rds. For those of you that are mathematically challenged, that's 1000 rds for $40.

I cleaned out Tyler a couple of days ago at $7/ box for 9mm and .40S&W for the same price. I posted it on Friday but the mods locked the thread right away. I think I also got the last of the $11/ .308.

Strangely on the pistol ammo one had them at $7 one at $9 and one $11. They all scanned correctly.

If there's an Academy where you live, try some of the green box Monarch (brass cased) ammo. Cheaper than WWB, and equally good in my experience.

Do you guys just not like CCI Blazer Brass ??

During all this price hick from Winchester CCI has remained the same. My local Wal-Marts (Houston/Sugar Land) still have the CCI Blazer Brass 9mm for $6.47 for 50 ... 40S&W is right at $7.87 for 50 and .45acp is still $9.47 for 50

I personally think the Blazer Brass shoots cleaner thent he WWB


Ill still check out the $5 for 50 when I go by there in the morning to pick up a few things

it is marked $9, but it scans $5. picked up 6 boxes 9mm at one walmart and 5 boxes of 40sw UMC for $7 ea.

worth the trip.
