goverment stops sales of used brass

i heard this week the Goverment stopped sales of surplus brass, from military bases. i checked with one of my suppliers he said this was true... here is a link i seen.... call your congressman, proabally won't do any good .
they are selling it for scap..

The ruling has already been reversed. It no longer has to be destroyed.
