I must apologize to those that have read and/or posted in this thread for having dragged this thread out.

I have tried to keep this thread technical, if contentious, but CraigC and I clearly are failing to communicate in a meaningful manner. He has insulted me multiply times in the thread and I have done my best to not return the personal insults and tried to ignore them and continue the discussion. That has clearly failed.

This will be my last post to this thread and to spare you all and myself in the future I will add CraigC to my ignore list.

Again I apologize for the disruption here and will try not to repeat it in the future.

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Well I enjoyed your working through the details with measurements and pressures. I guess not everyone has the patience for people to learn their way through something. But I for one am not the type of person to just blindly accept things for facts without analyzing things, which is why I appreciated your posts.

I appreciated the first few posts of CraigC in sharing the knowledge he gained from experts in revolvers. However, his low road condescending attitude got old real quick. But it’s easy to resolve on my side with the ignore button as I won’t find much he has to offer on other threads to be of benefit as well. I’ve stayed out of confronting him as much as possible as well to not derail the thread but I have a feeling this thread is over and the trolls won.

@mcb I appreciate your candor in this thread and glad there are still those out there that seek out their own results rather than being spoon fed answers to complicated questions that can change over time with materials, techniques, and knowledge.

You have kept the high road in this thread and it was appreciated, hopefully you can get your measurements and continue your research on another thread as it was interesting to me at least.

Merry Christmas to you, it is supposed to be a joyous few days we have in front of us!
