I am in need of advice. Up until two years ago I was a whittler and carver. I developed trigger finger reflex and gave away all my Queen and Kershaw carving knives to people who could use them. I switched to palm carvers and have gotten along fine so far. I used Buck lightnings for everyday carry and they were big enough for me to handle. Now the problem, I am 68 and first grandchild is due. Daughter in law is scared to death of my buck lightnings and has requested I not carry in her prescense/house. She is not bothered by a folding pocket knife that does not look so alarming, think traditional stag or bone three blade like her father carries. So far I have a Case Sowbelly that works(TB6339) for me. I have a line on a Case Sowbelly(TB5339CV) and was wondering what the difference was other than the steel. Any suggestions for a fairly innocent looking multi-blade pocket knife about that size would also be extremely welcome.
