On my first build I purchased a monstrum cerekoted hand guard and 3x30 scope. The barrel nut holes were a little off for my wrench, but got it installed. On my second build now, ordered another hand guard and scope. Wrong color scope was sent, notified them and not only did they send correct one but also included postage paid package to send the other back in.
Tried to install the barrel nut on this one, but could not get my magpul wrench to bite into a second slot on the nut or any others besides just one. Asked customer service what was going on and they sent out a 20 hole barrel nut, wrench worked like a charm. Went to put the lock ring on and the darn ring wouldn't go on the barrel nut all the way. I don't know if it is different threading or just a millimeter to small to fit correctly. Notified customer service, without hemming or hawing, emailed me tonight that they tried a couple of rings on the 20 hole barrel nut and appeared to fit fine, so sending them to me to try.
Through out whole issues, never batted an eye about taking care of the customer. Will use them for my future builds.
