I'm sure a lot of you guys have had positive experiences with the many quality manufacturers in the reloading field. I just wanted to share my recent experience dealing with Lee. I've used Lee products for over 25 years and have never had a problem. Recently, my .45 200 swc tl six cavity mold had the sprue plate break. My first thought was to order another entire mold, but after checking with Lee customer service via email I was informed that I could send it in for repair. Turn around was one week and I now have a fully functional mold at no cost. The rep even included instructions on how to help prevent this from happening again in the future. It nice to know that there are still companies out there that stand behind their products.

I too have used many of their products for twenty some odd years and have always received top notch service when dealing with their customer service dept. They have sent me free parts in the past no questions asked.

I have always gotten great service from them. I broke a piece off of my scale and called them and told them what I did. I mentioned that I wanted to buy a replacement and they told me that they would ship one out ASAP and just asked that I ship the broken one back. No money exchanged. They turned me into a repeat customer. Any company that stands behind their products is OK in my book.

How long have you had the mold? Was it still under warranty or were they going "above and beyond"?

The mold was perhaps a year old, maybe less. They didn't ask, just said I could send it in for repair. I guess it's like Rugers warranty, open ended.
