I have an AR with a Toolcraft NiB plated bcg. I don’t shoot it often, the last time I got it out of the safe the carrier had some minor corrosion. Other items in safe were fine. Toolcraft asked for one photo, gave me an rma and sent a new complete bcg to me all in 3 days. Note only the carrier had a problem, which was minor. They didn’t have to replace entire bcg. New bcg is perfect. Toolcraft went well beyond what was necessary, cheerfully and fast. And made a new permanent customer. well done, Toolcraft. Btw, I’ve no association with them - the bcg is the only Toolcraft part I have. But I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.
OP, what about the quality of the BCG - did it corrode because of flawed manufacture or neglect - I am curious?
I don’t use them, as Azimuth is my supplier. But I have high regard for Toolcraft, and do recommend them for those looking for a high quality, inexpensive & Milspec BCG. And yes, their customer service gets top marks!
