Let me see your green "black rifles!" Camo, OD, foliage green, etc.

Also as a side topic, what magpul color best matches a rock river arms green a2 stock?

Beautiful rifles! I've got a smith and Wesson m&p15 chambered in .300 Blackout. It's the camo version. I currently putting on a green a2 stock, and will be building it into a a2 style dissipator. I'll put pictures up as soon as I can.

Green AR-15s aren't really anything original. Here's my 601 clone built on all original parts other than the fire control group and lower:

Here's my ARP barreled 6.8x43mm build. 16" with a 15" MI gen2 SS. Sits on a CMT billet lower with a black rain ordnance trigger and magpul UBR. Heck of a deer slayer! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1397198086.167579.jpg

I thought you meant something along the lines of hand guards and stocks made from recycled plastics. Maybe even a receiver made from recycled aluminum cans and optics with glass from recycled bottles.

I like camo guns, had a couple, but lost them. Not a good idea for forgetful old people with failing eyesight. Just kidding, still have one if I can remember where it is.

Sweet! I love the mp5 I really want one, just don't want to go through the trouble of all the ATF bull**** regarding sbr

I can't find a good picture for comparison, but what I can see I'd say the OD green would match the best. In my opinion the Foliage is more of a grey.

I liked the green furniture, but if I were to do it again I'd go black. Green (for me!) was/is more of a phase than anything else. I'll never get sick of black.

Here's one of mine and a spare upper.

This is my smith and Wesson m&p15. I just put the RRA a2 stock on today. Seems kinda grey...

So would y'all say that my stock is foliage, or of green?

This may help you decide.
CTR stock, forend, & unattached A2 grip are Olive Drab.
Attached MOE grip is Foliage green.
P-Mag is Desert Tan.

Thank you. I'm thinking my stock is closer to foliage green. But the stock seems to have the effects of a sun baked plastic car bumper. Maybe some armor all would make it look better. I just want to grip, hand guard, and stock to match. And I want them to be somewhat green. I'm planning on my finished gun to be a dissipator, with either a rifle length a2 or MOE hand guard. If y'all have any suggestions that would lead me to my goal, I'm all ears.
