Someone asked why bring this up now. Looks like it's going forward with responses to plaintiff’s interrogatories and requests for production of documents set for this month unless things have changed. I'd like to see what comes of it. $3.1 million dollars should get someone's attention.

"Gregg C. Revell & N.J. Rifle and Pistol Clubs, Inc. (N.J.). He is a resident of Utah with a Utah license to carry a pistol. He was transporting his firearm in compliance with the law when he arrived at the airport and declared the firearm as required by law. This is a case where the arrested man's conduct was clearly not criminal under 18 U.S. Code § 926A. Consequently, charges were dismissed. However, his property has not been returned and he needlessly spent time in jail. A civil rights action was filed, under 42 U.S. Code § 1983, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on January 27, 2006. Discovery is proceeding. Responses to plaintiff’s interrogatories and requests for production of documents are due January 10, 2007."
