GSG-5 discontinued?

I was under the impresstion that ATI had to clear out their inventory of the GSG-5 MP5 'clones' by Jan 2010 and have them off of the shelves. I do remember reading legal memorandums on this issue. However they seems to be at almost every other gun/sports shop I have visited recently. Has their situation changed?

They did a minor redesign and rename to the GSG-522. That's probably what you are seeing.

They came out with a "2nd generation" which allowed them to keep making them. Basically they make the fore-grip and silencer can bigger.
