I just bought a NAA Guardian 32 acp and Im looking for a reliable self defense ammo that runs well in this gun. Never had a gun this small but Id assume that there will be some feed issues. Anyone already run the gamut on this one? Id appreciate any input.

try Fiocchi 60 grn SJHP,Sellier & bellot ball and then Fiocchi Ball first in that order they are all much hotter than any domestic ammo.

+1^

Corbon's the current creme of the short barrel HP crop(is what i use),and seems to expand most reliably in a snub length bbl(at least for P32 length) ..don't forget to use a rimlock spacer if using HPs.
the CB has good energy(for a 32)..and Penn is around 8+" much like DPX for the.380 ..good for close up frontal SD shots, anything a little bit farther distance would probably retard or eliminate expansion and get more penetration as a result..which is also not a bad thing.
Many just use ball though.

Thanks Guys,

Do any of you have the NAA guardian 32 acp? Corbon would be great, Im just wondering if any ammo would be better than others to avoid feed issues in this particular gun. Have you found this to be an issue with your Guardian or does it eat whatever you feed it?

I always carry gold dot in my guardian, never a miss fire or any problem.I had a couple of fte on the last round with target ammo(forget what brand). But never a hickup with gold dot.

I had a couple of the early Guardian .32's. After several trips back to NAA, they replaced one with the other, but it still had problems. I traded it for a NAA Mini-revolver. IIRC, ball (FMJ) ammo was the most reliable in both of them, not that it's reliability was anything to write home about. Don't take that as a slam on NAA, most new models have their teething problems, and I did trade the last one for another NAA product.

However, I currently own 2 Seecamp .32's. So far, Winchester Silvertip and FMJ, as well as Speer Gold Dot, have been reliable. I had one misfeed on the last round of the mag with the FMJ. I've been through most of a case of the Silvertips with no issues. I'm currently using the Speer Gold Dot, and have had no issues with it. Frankly, it seem to have a little more uumph to it, and I just like to carry Gold Dots in any personal weapon I can.

You can't go by what someone else's gun likes. You need to test the ammo in your individual pistol to know if it is reliable.

I use Fiocchi hard ball in my Kel Tec. It's a fairly hot round. Noticeably more pop than silver tips.
