Guess what I did with my time today

I shot a smiley face. If you've ever tried, you know how tricky it is, even only 5 yards away. Our brains are so programmed to shoot for center.

Anybody ever done this?

LOL! I did that when I started putting lasers on my pistols. It is fun. Off-hand w/o a laser, I can still do it. It just takes a bit more focus.

BTW, does anyone play "cards", "darts", or some other type of game at the range?

How does a game of cards go at the range? I get the darts.

Poker - 5 shots at a fixed point for the best hand...a little boring.

However. . .If you belong to a club or have your own land, you can stagger the deck out. A duce would be at 3 yards and the ace out at 25 yards with the other cards in between. You can actually do this at an indoor range, too. As long as you have a couple of buddies in the adjacent lanes and management doesn't throw a fit.
