The comic is called Pearls To Swine. It's is pretty funny.... odd but funny. This strip is probably part of a 4 or 5 strip story. It would make more sense in the context of the story.

Its an ongoing gag with the strip. The alligators moved in next door to the zebras and are constantly plotting and trying to kill them.

I find it pretty funny. What's better is, that, where I work, the kitchen manager this ex-Airborne/Ranger type. We talk guns and tactics all the time, in addition to politics and such. He's probably the most intelligent guy I've ever met, he can tell you practically anything related to history, government, and geography. He's too gruff to go on Jeopardy, every other word out of his mouth is eff this or S*** or something. He's also a little crazy, in a talk-to-yourself tinfoil hat kinda way.

He lives for this comic strip, "Pearls before Swine." Absolutely lives for it.

Every time I read it, I think of him.
