Arguments were heard before the Ohio state Supreme Court yesterday on whether Ohio cities should be able to ban concealed carry in city parks (In violation of the state's pre-emption law).
The Columbus Dispatch is ruinning a poll on their website this morning, asking if cities "should be able to ban guns from public parks."
The first comment is a hoot.
Let's vote overwhelmingly in favor of our second amendment rights.
