The Dispatch has long been an anti-leaning paper, not quite as bad as some, but I'm honestly surprised that they treated the subject this objectively. Of course, they get the usual "Mayhem in the Streets" comment from OCAGV.

On the other hand, neither does Martin recall any incident locally in which a concealed-carry permit holder prevented a crime or captured a criminal.
