Well im putting together a few things, I want to know what everyone likes to have on gun cleaning and gun maintenance supplies.

What is something youd recomend and wouldnt go without having?




Personally my favorite thing on my desk is transmission fluid, yes transmission fluid, chrysler full synthetic I use this for lubricating all kinds of machine parts, ive only ever used it in blackpowder pistols. for some reason it likes to eat the grime off and break parts loose rather nicely.

I also have a mixture of marvels mystery oil and transmission fluid for sizing cases, ive never had dents caused from too much lube and it drys off pretty quick.

I've almost exclusively switched to Mobil 1 synthetic oil and grease for most of my guns.

I lack bore snakes... must acquire bore snakes.
