A few days back I noticed a specific revolver in the LGS- thought about it, decided to check one more time today, and went in actually pretty well ready to "pull the trigger" so to speak- Well, the gun was there, and along side it, all innocent-like, was a Smith model 14 (naturally, a grail-gun of mine) I swear they do this on purpose... :cuss:

Well, I feel better :D Thanks for letting me get that out-

Lol

Too many guns, not enough money.

My biggest gripe is that my LGS doesn't post a sign, or change the answering message when the owner is out for the day

It's usually a Doctor appointment I've found... and they already keep irregular hours ( they just expanded to 5 days a week :D)

I'm just particularly annoyed because the IRS gave me my money back today, and I was outside the shop for an hour wondering where the heck folks were.

At least there's a good bakery a few doors down.

I haven't purchased either one, yet :)

The revolver I went into the shop following up on originally is a Colt Cobra- the earlier edition with an un-shrouded ejector rod.

I keep trying to decide; I like the quality of the older Colt's but have reservations about this older gun needing gunsmithing or parts replacement and having trouble finding either one. I am not able/willing to own several firearms; more of the philosophy of having a few good quality, durable, long-lasting firearms so if I bought the Colt I wouldn't have a back-up option, as such. (I have posted about this dilemma previously)
Well, there is a long answer to a short question; still thinking things over

The shop I used to go to had sign that said: "warning would be robbers, any or all customers may be armed at any time." I always liked that one.
