Have missed this show for the last couple of years. A nice gun show in Hastings, Nebraska. Attendance seemed to be very slow early which is unusual. When we pulled in after our 3 hour drive we were surprised there were not more cars there. More people showed up but still not elbow to elbow.

Some decent buys to be found. Seemed to be several people selling everything they had or discounts on everything on the table.

22 ammo is still way too high. Some nice, and mean real nice Pythons but never even asked how much. Some decent Smiths and lots of new stuff.

One guy always has reloading stuff and he did again for about an hour. Primers were anywhere from $29 - $40 with short supplies. Powder went like hot cakes. I have enough so didn't even look at what he had.

Someone tell me how the knife guys can make any money at these shows?

at the prices they want for guns at this show I don't know how they make any money selling guns either. I have been going to this show for the last 12 years or so and not much has changed. some guns still have the same tags on them but with the old price crossed out and new higher price next to it. if the gun didn't sell at a lower price what makes them think it will sell at a higher price the following year. quite frankly if I would have walked in the door with $10,000 I would have walked out the door with the same amount of money.
