pawn shop price

I have a inlaw that works at a pawn shop and his duty is setting the prices,
he goes by what the retail price is in the local gun shops starts 20% under
depending on the condition of the gun

I figure that I can only shoot one at a time. How many guns do I really need?

OTOH the more I have, the more I can pass around to the neighbors, should it come to that.

All the buying and selling of guns in the past few weeks is REALLY hammering home the message to the incoming administration. I hope they listen. Even the media is getting in on it. They are really jumping on the Obama Job Application gun question.

Many here are seriously missing the point. Them fine folks that have ascended the throne DO NOT CARE about the "religion and gun clinging" loons, they DO NOT CARE about the intentions of the founding fathers.
The DO NOT CARE about your right of self defense, your love of hunting or target shooting. They have an irrational hate-on for fireams that will not be reasoned away. They intend to make the streets safe for the children, and march us hand in hand into the "global community".
There is NOTHING that could be done or said that will make them acknowledge that they've been wrong and should finally back off the firearm issue. NOTHING !!!!! Sure, they're going to be momentarily concerned with upcoming elections, the latest polls, public perception, etc. But the sad fact is, they're are like hordes of rats hiding in the walls, working on yet another way to make their goals a reality.

GA.. self-serving... Maybe, but if a million or so of the 80 million gun owners in the US sold firearms at their local gunshow, cash and carry so to speak who would be buying on GA or any Net site?

The only reason I buy on-line is if I can't find it at any of the 6 gun shows held every week around here through the winter.

As mentioned above, speciality stuff is all I ever get on-line.

So, self serving is less than accurate. And does anyone ever buy ammo from GA or GB or Action Arms? I seriously doubt it.

I think they make a valid point and like hearing their perspective.

really?
He is confused. His guns are with Dorothy and her little dog. Tinman hunting flying monkeys.
Not confused - just attempting humor:cool:. (Also not as creative as Yeti's volcano in Vermont...) If I had said tornado, who would have noticed? Folks who have been around tornadoes recognize Dorothy and Toto as fig-newtons of some Hollywood screenwriter's imagination - the real deal ain't entertaining.:what:

I thought about selling mine, but they all sank when my canoe capsized on the Buffalo. Had to walk out, got lost in the woods. Now, I can't find that spot on the river. It happens!!!
