It was really ugly last week. It was not supposed to be a recorded show. I was set up in Tacoma (actually Gig Harbor), Washington. Had the remote gear cranked up for the show.
I connect to a studio in Ohio which I hire to produce the shows. That's where the calls go for the show.
15 minutes before air time we discover that all the phone lines at the studio are dead. I mean, toast.
I can't call in with the remote gear, and we could not get any guests or callers on the show.
Total FUBAR.
Well, we always have a previous show on CD, ready go go.
I hated to run the recorded show, but at least it kept something on the air.
The
www.guntalk.com web site is in the process of being moved and reworked. I'm guessing it will take another couple of weeks to get it going.
I'm in Springfield, MO, tonight. I think we are on day 15 of a 19-day trip away from home. Oregon (Thunder Ranch), Washington, Utah (Browning), Jackson Hole- Wyoming, and today to Springfield.
