Generally looks like a bad thing. Did this come from the NRA? Looks like this tries to do away with Constitutinal Carry. If anybody else knows more about this please enlighten us.

This came from one of the Moran brothers, probably Jim. Both are Anti-Constitutionalists and this has nothing to do with the NRA.

Another thread is open.

The background check sections are straight out of Senator Schumer's bill from the prior session of Congress. And, yes, the bill's provisions are nasty, particularly regarding background checks for ALL transfers, including "a temporary transfer of possession without transfer of title."
