Firearms. The Firearm Retailer Code of Conduct Act (H.R 5678, introduced Oct. 22 by Rep. Crow, D-Colo.) would (1) require federally licensed firearms importers, manufacturers, and dealers and their employees to undergo annual training to be eligible to sell a firearm and (2) require such licensees to maintain physical security elements to prevent theft and a minimum level of business liability insurance.

This cost will be passed on to the consumer, probably reduce the total number of FFL dealers and give the government the same control that the E.U. is trying to exert over their people.
