Had to buy the 700 ADL too

The Savage (111F) went to a friend and I went and bought a Remington 700 ADL with laminated stock in 30-06. Keeping the iron sights of course but will be putting a Shepherd P2 scope on it. Nothing wrong with the Savage I just wanted to try the Remington. Speaking of Savage, my next gun purchase will be the Savage 110FP in 25-06. But it will be a few months until I do get it.

Savage makes a good rifle, but I do prefer the more refined feeling Remington 700's
