This is the second Ron "Bowie" Claiborne Memorial Hammer-In. Ron hosted a hammer-in here in Knoxville for many years with demonstrations and attendance by some of the best blade smiths in the world. After he passed some folks just didn't want to let the tradition slip away. Last year it was revived near Johnson City TN. It should be a good event.
