Sadly this is not a full-blown review of one, but I have a local gun store that stocks all the new stuff and they had a Hudson H9 in the case today. Just from handling it, working the action and the trigger, I really liked it. Bore axis was super low, ergos were pretty good, and the trigger was nice. Slide was hard to drop on an empty mag, and there was something going in at the bottom of the odd hinged trigger creating a hot spot for me. They had it in sale for 950, and for me, that was too much. But if they can get the price down.....I liked it.

To give you an idea of what else I like ergonomically speaking I like the cz 75 better than the 1911, the hk vp9 better than the Glock. The hi-power sits a little too small in hand, and the double stack 2011's and hk usp are too big.

I watched Hickok45's review and lost all interest in the Hudson. Just a big, heavy, expensive 9mm.

Inaccurate too, at least the one I shot was. The low bore axis had a weird recoil to it too. Sadly I ended up disliking it quite a bit despite a wonderful feel in the hand and really nice trigger.

Shot rings around it with a stock Glock 17. Good thing I didn't have any of my 1911s that day, or the comparison would have been much worse.
