Just had some no news is good news about an MRI I had a few days ago, so I'm very thankful this year. Our celebration begins today at about 2 pm. I hope everyone on here enjoys a perfectly wonderful Thanksgiving. A special blessing to those of us that can't be home, OK?

And if you go out shopping in the "mauls" this Friday with family, be sure to be armed and safe, and very AWARE in the parking lots. This is also when the muggers know there's lots of easy marks out there, shoppers weighed down with bags and not paying attention to their environment. Don't be one.

My grandfather (RIP) used to say that every thanksgiving, and I hated it until he was no longer around. Now it is a treasured memory. Thought I would share something I am thankful for.
