Seems like there has been an undersupply for a while now. Maybe they are skittish in buying equipment to address what they might think is a temporary shortage, but how about adding a shift at least if the lines are not already running 3 shifts?
on a side note. i did find 11 boxes of 100 rds WWB at wal mart. I was so surprised that they have it, i stood there for a good 5 mins, making sure it's the 9mm luger. After that i told the guy hey i want 8 of these, so i ran back out, grabbed a cart, then after some thought, i told him to load up everything they have. Should last me a good while.
There is obviously a HUGE demand for ammo and nobody's jumping on the wagon to meet the supply and make big bucks, I guess capitalism has failed.
Who says they want to increase supply? They can charge whatever they want right now for it why would they change?
f people want to have a small SHTF,, TEOTWAWKI stash, thats O. K but stock piling your entire closet full of ammo is just too much.
Listen, like I said, when you buy an entire closet of ammo that is TOO MUCH.
Your fear is an inconvenience to me,
, its thinking like yours that has created this freaking situation.
What are people doing? Walking into wal mart with a hand truck and saying "load it up" and rolling out?
Prices for ammo have been going up for the past couple of years. This was due to increased cost of raw material. However, since Obama was elected and demand increased so greatly, price of the finished product has remained stable.
