has anyone ever been hit by a bullet ricochet?

BB's, and Pellet guns, due to their round nature and our young age 10-12 years old. I can remember around 8 years old we found some 22's and having no gun to shoot them with, used a brick, thank god we all were being watched over by the man upstairs. But all kidding aside, one of the reasons that I don't shoot at public ranges anymore is that I don't know who the lunatic standing a few feet away is. I sure am not going to trust anyone who walks through the door with a bag full of guns, to be proficient and safety conscious enough to fire a weapon a few feet from me.
I used to go on a weekday in the afternoon, when "years ago", the local range would be empty. Now it's hard to find an empty range, unless you belong to a private one, or have a friend, or relative with some land.
I am very safty consious, and ranges have over the past few years have just gotten too popular with novice un-disciplined shooters. Geting off topic here so I'll stop, but that's how you have accidents.
