I have a pdf of hatcher's notebook and am looking at buying a hard copy. I am not sure if the "revised" version (first link below) actually includes more modern weapons? If not I think I'll just save some money and get the original (second link).

That said, is there any other book that has cutaway views of various arms and operating systems similar to hatcher, but including more modern arms? I am not as interested in the history as much as the designs and illustrations.

Not sure if this is something that might help you or not but Numrich Arms (gunpartscorp.com), has quite a number of schematics to go along with their gun parts listings.

Hatchers Notebook, Hardcopy

HoldemCm9: I have a hard cover "Hatchers Notebook" , light tan cover, exc condition.
Lib of Congress cat Nr: 62-12654. That page says "copyrith 1947, second edition 1957,

It contains a forward page by Hatcher dated Jan 1962, describing additions he had made.
It also has a 2 page forward by Hatcher dated Jul 1957.

If this is what you are looking for, PM with a decent offer. If you want a pic I'll need an email addee.
