dirtyjim, we need a writeup on that 2 bore! I love me some big bore guns.
that rifle doesn't belong to me, it belongs to another guy that was at our shoot from out of state. you may be able to find some inf on it at AR.

colin stolzer builds 2 bores in several different configurations, he's even working on a 2 bore double. his wedsite is Stolzer & Son's Gunsmithing


here is another one you don't see to often, a mauser based 50 cal muzzel loader.
eventually i'll replace the sights and put it in a nicer stock. the barrel is .820 at the muzzel and 21 3/4" long. i'll probably use the same contour when i build my 50 accrell.

Ah....that's who made it. I've seen a blog post he did on a 2-bore box lock muzzle loader. He does fantastic work. He had video of when he proofed the gun. It was tied to a railroad tie and loaded up with IIRC a double charge of both powder and bullet. In the video the entire railroad tie and gun go flying off screen from the recoil. I'll shoot anything once, but I might think twice about shooting that gun.
