I finally got around to decapping all the .357 and .38 brass I tumbled some time last week. Setup the APP and loaded her for a quick session - it's only 500 cases, total, about 250 of each - and only had four go springabout. One .38Spl case somehow launched itself into low orbit and came down in my coffee.

Anyway, I noticed some cases seemed to get "sticky" in the shell holder. Almost like they had burrs or high primers but when I checked, they were smooth and flat and had problems ejecting after the primer was kicked out. Anybody else notice this and is there a quick fix? That X-PRESS shell holders all seem to work pretty well... until they don't.

I had an issue similar yo yours.
Found out the decap pin was “grabbing” the primer back with it.
Was guided by a member here to grind/
sand the pin to a blunt point, kinda like a TCFP bullet…

Worked great…

Hope this may help…
