Anyone have experience with Lignose Einhand pistols?
I just acquired a Lignose Einhand 3A. I'm following field stripping instructions I found online, but my slide and barrel are not moving forward enough off the frame for removal. Can someone help out with any tips on the field stripping procedure? Here's what I'm doing:
Remove mag.
Lock slide back with safety lever.
Remove trigger guard.
Rotate barrel 180 degrees.
Flip safety to off position, then allow the slide and barrel to move forward.

This is where the slide gets stuck when it's about 1/8 inch forward off the frame. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

No, the hammer does need to be cocked for the slide to move forward.

I finally got the slide off, it just needed a tap with a rubber mallet to help the slide clear the hammer.

Thanks
