Having trouble finding what I'm looking for

I've been browsing about trying to find a shotgun that fits a few critieria, and I'm not having much luck. I'm looking for: SxS 12ga, internal hammers, double triggers, with ejectors. So far the internal hammer models tend to have single triggers, and most of them lack ejectors. I don't care about appearances, I just want something stout and reliable. I was looking at the Russian guns, but can't seem to find one with these specifications. Am I missing something?
 
There are plenty of them out there made much better than the Russian guns. Depending on your budget, I can recommend several types. Actually what you're looking for is the most popular type of modern-made, well-made SxS

Really? Perhaps I've not been looking in the right places. I was concentrating on the budget models: as I said I don't care about fancy wood, engraving, or any of the other cosmetic things that seem to be the only real difference between the ~$300 imports and the ~$1500 models.
 
"Uggies", or Ugartecheas are a well-made Spanish double that start around 1200 or so and can go through several models up to $4000. Their basic boxlock, especially used, are a great value.....some of the older AyAs can be found (if used is OK) for 4-500 and are a real sleeper, IMO

These guns are splinter forearms, double triggers, ejectors, and a litheness that is far and above the 2x4 guns
 
you won't find ejectors on a budget double gun.

Look at a Stoeger Uplander. Will have double triggers, but Extractors, not ejectors.
 
No, there are several very good Spanish makers. IMO, Uggies are the low end and Pedro Arrizabalaga the high end with AyA, Arietta, Grulla, and others in between. They copied the H&H and others at a MUCH lower price to the point that they are now the favorites in England because H&H and Purdey etc. are too expensive, yet the Spanish guns are exact copies and equally made.


If you have a Cabela's, Bass etc near you, they will typically have some to fondle. When you do, you will understand what I am talking about regarding litheness and feel....
 
Hmmm, some of those AyA's look good. None specify ejectors though, but some state they are extractor. Should I assume that unless stated otherwise they are ejector? I need to email that seller...
 
If they are modern-day they should all be ejector guns. Unless you're shooting driven birds or engaging in some form of timed competition, IMO, that is not that big of a deal. In fact for a field gun, I'd prefer extractors - it makes recovering the empties a lot easier, as well as opening the gun somewhat easier
 
Uggie definitely makes whole lines of extractor guns, as well as ejector guns.

I don't generally shoot driven birds, but I do shoot some thrown or launched birds...:D

I.e., I find that an extractor gun works fine for dog training and testing.
