Scattergun Technologies ghost ring sights on my 870 are terrific until I move to clays or crows. I can bust about 75 to 80 percent of the clays moving straight away--I'm close to 100 percent with the Beretta O/U.
It's a different sort of "sight picture" than I'm used to. These sights are really a different animal than what I'm used to with shotguns.
My clay bird and crow shooting activities are really focused on becoming more familiar with this 870 for HD and FD (farm defense from predators and feral critters). I realize I'm having trouble making myself clear here. Sorry and thanks for any help.
