I've just completed a great Moose hunt in Northern BC with my Ruger M77 II in the 416 Rigby. Didn't need all that gun, but it did just fine. With TBBCs it gives me MOA accuracy. I'm now looking at Ruger's Hawkeye in a 300WM. I don't reload so I would try out different brands of ammo to find the most accurate for the game sought. This rifle is to be my Caribou, Beanfield deer, Moose and Mountain goat tool. Bullets from 150gr to 200gr, ranges from 150 to 400yds. MOA accuracy is important when reaching way out there. Have any of you gotten or bettered this accuracy threshold with this rifle?

I have a Hawkeye AW in .280 Rem.It's a tack driver right out of the box.The trigger could be lighter but it's nice and crisp with no creep.
