HC Scope

I purchased a used 10/22 with a 3x9 40mm scope. The only visible marking on the scope are the letters HC on the adjuster cap, everything else is covered by a home spray paint cammo job. It seems to do a very good job on the 22. Anyone have any inso about this scope?

HC could stand for High Country (Tasco)
